The following page contains links to other websites for special
events around southeast Texas. I added this page because of requests
for events happening in this area but stats show there is very
little traffic to our class website.

For an updated list of missing classmates click here.
Please help us find our missing classmates.
Your help is needed to locate missing classmates. Are they missing
or are they deceased?
Missing Classmates
This page contains a slide presentation in memory of our
deceased classmates. There is a toombstone with the Yellow
Jacket on it. Without TJ there is no Yellow Jacket, rest his
stinger. This page is increasing in numbers.
Deceased Classmates Memorial
The following section are pages dedicated to our teachers both
the living and the deceased. The initial page is a list and is
primarily for those who have WebTV or Dialup Access only. The
Slide Presentation page requires a fast internet connection.
There are FIVE pages total and they are all linked back to each
other. One page is a slide presentation of photos of our deceased
teachers. Another page has photos of our principal, assistant
principal and the administrative staff. On another there are
photos of the teachers we are unable to locate. And a page with
photos of all the teachers we know to still be alive and well
on planet earth.
Memorial and Honor Page for our Teachers
Favorite Links contains links to other class websites, links
to websites that belong to some of our classmates, computer helps,
and much more. It isn't just a page of links.

On the nostalgia page you will find information about The Beehive,
the Fountain and Statue that used to be on the way to the Pleasure

for her in celebration of her 99th birthday by Robert Demler. The photo is of
her on her 99th birthday. Thank you Robert for sharing.

The questionnaire page contains not only the questionnaire that has
stirred the emotions and caused many to walk down memory lane with
pleasure but it also contains the links to the pages for the people
who have responded to the questionnaire.
Questionaire Responses
This was the first page to go up with photos from school years. There's
a question nobody has answered. Who was the taller? Check the page
to find out what that means.
School Photos
This page contains a slide presentation of our photos from grade school,
to junior high, to high school and some functions outside the school
grounds. The photos were shown at our reunion in 2003.
Some Now Photos
This page contains photos of three of our guys who found each other
via this class website and had their own mini reunion in Oklahoma.
It also contains a news article about Pat Weber.
Slide Show
Several gals from our class began a strong bond of friendship when
in gym and band together in junior high. That friendship has grown
into a super special one. This page shares a link to Kay Baker Vaughan's
family website where you may find more photos of this special friendship.

For those of you who have not visited our favorite links page and/or
visited the Port Arthur News and read any of Gene Dammon's articles,
you will find this story about him and Swiki Anderson very entertaining.

Happy Thanksgiving to our classmates from Robert Demler and your
webmaster, Carolyn Bigler Hebert. Robert wrote the poem and Carolyn
illustrated it as a webpage. The lyrics to the song are in pdf format.
Just click on the link after reading the poem. Start the song over again
and sing along. Enjoy!

The following link takes you to a Veterans Day Ode written by our
fellow classmate Robert Demler. I have mirrored it in my personal website.

The following page contains our school song and the fight song
we sang at our football games. I plan to add the Red Hussar jinks
later.

This page contains the links to the different jukeboxes in our
site. The songs are from the fifties with some being instrumental
and some being vocal. Dialup will be too slow for the vocals.

Here you will find information for upcoming reunions and photos of
past reunions.
Reunion Information
Regarding our 50th Class Reunion:
To see the photo of our classmates who attended on Saturday night
who were willing to be photographed for the group photo click here.
Remember to click on the back button on your browser because that takes
you directly to the file, not to another page. The original photo was
blurry so I edited the photo and took some privileges and added some
fifties images and a new banner. I actually edited the photo several
times. My son said to rework it again and I did.
Our colors were the traditional maroon and gold. The table decorations
were reminiscent of the corsages we wore to the football games. Dot
and Myrna did a great job finding the right flowers for that.
On Saturday evening Jeff announced that we have been invited to
an event at the Museum of the Gulf Coast prior to the Mardi Gras
Celebration downtown. You may find that invitation by Clicking Here.
Old friendships from as far back as grade school have been rekindled
from our 50th reunion. That was one goal I had hoped for.
The order form for the DVD that was shown at our Friday night social
is on this page. I created a 5 and one half page list identifying
the photos during our school years plus a list of the people and
places from after graduation and a list of the songs. There are two
copyrighted cartoons on the DVD by our fellow classmate Fred Broussard
on the DVD. A couple of classmates sent more photos that I added which
caused the photos to increase to 339 all total.
This is what Brooks Porter posted in the guestbook in my personal
website which is the site marked on the DVD since I created the DVD.
Carolyn's Guestbook
"Comments:I wanted to thank you for the wonderful DVD that you prepared
for our class of 1958's 50th class reunion. And the list you sent
identifiying the various photos was great.
I would recommend that any of you that either didn't get to attend our
50th, or didn't give Carolyn your name, address, (and a check for mailing
cost) do so. You will love the hundreds of photos she's collected.
A side note, the cover you made for the DVD case from year book photos
was clever.
Brooks Porter"
I scanned a photo of Brooks shooting a basket from a photo of a basketball
game in our yearbook. The other photo was a different photo in uniform.
Each DVD case photo insert is personalized on photo paper.

which contains the main links within our website.
Our Guestbook - Elvis sings
There are no ads in the guestbook but Elvis is there singing for us.
I pulled the forum because of lack of interest. This site is getting
very little traffic.
